Beaver Pond Ecology
Created during my job with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a park ranger at West Thompson Lake, summer/fall of 2o20. I researched, designed, and illustrated a series of nature trail panels that will follow the path around a beaver pond. The signs focused on celebrating local ecology and making ecological information accessible to visitors. The illustrations aimed to be accurate and informative, but also dynamic and expressive, adding energetic visuals to complement the text.
